Payroll Direct Deposit

I have tried to create direct deposit for our employees. I received one email which is stating that $1 was debited from the account but I am not able to see any transaction and not able to verify. As I am not able to verify so it is not allowing me to see my company preferences under payroll section to edit the settings. And this is urgent situation; I need to pay to my employees today. Help Please!
