QuickBooks Credit Memo Email Issue
Hi there, good afternoon to all
I am trying to create a credit memo for my customer and putting all the information but leaving the column for Email as I don’t want to use email with this customer. But QuickBooks is giving me pop up that this field is required. Now I want to know is there any way to turn this column off and create memo without using email feature?

I will help you in creating the credit memo without entering the Email option
When you are in the process of creating a credit memo, then you will have the option to Save and Close or Save and Send. It is advisory that you should Save and Close.
If you want to explore the more options, you can do that by clicking on the drop down arrow which you can find on the lower right corner. Going through this you will see that now you can create credit memo without entering the Email, you just need to follow the instructions coming on your screen.
