QuickBooks User ID seen by customers while sending invoices
I want to remove my personal email which is showing as User Id while sending invoices to my customers. I don’t want to share my personal email instead they will see company email on the invoices. How to do that?

I will help you in replacing your personal email to company’s email on invoices. You just need to follow the steps mentioned below:
- Navigate to Gear and look for settings
- Under the sales column, choose messages
- You will see the option default message sent with sales forms
Now after going through all these steps, you will see the field where you can edit the personal email and enter the email you want i.e. Company’s email.
